Knox County Schools provides services to young children in a variety of ways. KCS is committed to providing high-quality comprehensive services and programs to prepare young children for life-long learning. The goals are to provide curriculum leadership and instructional support that enables young children and their families to participate in high-quality, developmentally effective programs. Enhancing a child's self-concept while providing a solid foundation for school interaction is a major step toward improving children's lives.
