Under the leadership of Kori Lautner, Assistant Superintendent of Strategy, the Knox County Schools Strategy Division brings together the Creative Services; Impact and Analytics (formerly REA); Public Affiars; and Student and Family Support teams to provide our schools with the data, tools, and support they need to succeed.

Division Objective: To simplify complex challenges and build clear systems aligned to the district's four priorities with the intent of enhancing communication, engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
