Welcome to the West Hills Elementary School Counseling Website!

Our department has one full-time School Counselor, Kari Tesdahl, and one part-time School Counselor, Tami Lewis. Our Social Worker, Amy Tyler, is here every Friday. The School Counseling Department partners with the West Hills students, families, faculty/staff, and the local community to provide a wide variety of supports, helpful tools, and resources which encourage the academic, social, and emotional growth, both inside and outside the classroom.

The School Counseling Department's offerings include but are not limited to:

• Small Group Counseling
• Classroom Lessons
• Parental Consultation
• Classroom Support
