    You can call the office at 865-539-7772 to set up an appointment. 
     
    You can also let your child's teacher know that you would like your child to meet with one of the counselors. 
     
    Many times, students refer themselves to us. Students can talk with Mrs. Cormack or Ms. Welch in 3 ways…
    1. Write a note and leave it in the mailbox. There is a mailbox beside the door to Mrs. Cormack's office on the west side of the building. Students can put notes in the box and their counselor will get the note; however, this method is not appropriate for urgent requests.
    2. Tell their teacher that they would like to talk with us. Teachers are great at relaying these requests. 
    3. Tell their parent that they would like to talk with us. Parents can call or email us at anytime throughout the year. You may also fill out our caregiver referral form that is linked below. The answers go directly to the counselor and will not be shared with anyone without permission.
