    Many of these programs do not require students to log in if they are at school and/or using their student Chromebooks.  All of these programs can be used on a non-school device (computer, tablet, smart phone) with the correct log-in.  If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Foust Perry in the Library or your child's homeroom teacher.     Mackin eBooks, the KCS eBook platform, provides access to eBooks, audiobooks, articles, and the ComicsPlus Database.

     

    PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next are informational databases that provide reliable information on a variety of topics. PebbleGo (K-2) includes Animals, Biographies, Health, Science, and Social Studies. PebbleGo Next (3-5) includes Animals, Biography, Health, Indigenous Peoples' History, Science, Social Studies, and States.

    Students have been enrolled into the Keyboarding and Phonics/Vocabulary programs from EdClub. Different levels for either program can be added to a student account for practice.

    TEL4U is a collection of resources, provided by the State of Tennessee, that includes Homework Help (WorldBook Encyclopedias for all ages, Ben's Guide to U.S. Government, NASA's Science Space Place, and Gale in Context elementary database), state history, eBooks, Coding Club and more.  

    TrueFlix provides nonfiction books on science and social studies topics including the 13 colonies, states, money, the animal kingdom, earth science, plants, planets and more.  Each book has a short video introduction and a full readaloud option.

    Brain Pop provides video lessons on a wide variety of curricullum topics for all ages.  Each lesson includes a video as well as quizzes and other activities.
