Hello 3rd Grade Families!

We will begin learning about Standard 2 - Digital Citizenship starting September 13 in the Technology Lab.  Students will learn how to make safe decisions online and when using devices.  We will be using Common Sense Media.org for most of our lessons.  Students may work on their lessons at home to earn badges to become a Digital Citizenship Expert.  In order to earn this honor, students must complete all five badges with 75% or better accuracy.  Once this goal has been attained, students may sign the Digital Citizenship Expert posters.

Additionally, the Common Sense Media website has great parent resources as well.  They have age appropriate suggestions for books, movies, apps and more for ages 2 - 18.
