I am Ms. Kristie, and I will be your School Counselor this year! I was fortunate enough to be a Mooreland Heights Rocket 2 days per week last year, and now I am so happy to be here 5 days a week! What is a School Counselor?

The school counselor is here to help students feel good about themselves and nurture a lifelong love of learning. The counselor wants all students to feel safe, do their best in school, and have a wonderful educational experience. I meet students in a variety of ways, including classroom lessons, small group sessions, and individual counseling sessions.
