• TRANSFER APPLICATION STATUS:

    Notifications of transfer decisions will be sent out via US Mail by April 4th, 2025.  We will be unable to provide a status on transfer decisions before April 4th.

     

    The spring transfer window for the 2025-26 school year has closed. 

    The transfer application window opened on October 1st, 2024 and closed February 18th, 2025 at 4pm.

  • The 2025-2026 summer transfer window opened April 1, 2025 at 8am. Applications for general transfers and magnet transfers (at magnet schools without waitlists) will be accepted for the 2025-2026 school year:
    The Summer Transfer Window will close at 4pm on June 2, 2025.
     

    Those wishing to apply for student transfer may do so during the Summer Transfer Window in the following ways:
    1. By applying online here 
    2. By downloading and printing a pdf transfer application by clicking here which you can then submit to the Enrollment Department after completion
    3. In person by completing and submitting a transfer request form at the Enrollment Department in the UT Tower at 400 W Summitt Hill Avenue.

    If you applied in the first Transfer Window (October 1, 2024 - February 18, 2025) you DO NOT need to apply again in the Summer Window.  Submitting a second application could nullify your original request and spot on the waitlist.
